We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


General Policy

  • We cannot accept returns for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong order, etc.).
  • If your item is defective or damaged, we will process a refund after confirming the defect.
  • You must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. Please attach clear photos of the defective part.
  • If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us again.
  • Please ensure that you can receive emails from the following domain: kmjapan.exp@gmail.com

Exceptions (Not Eligible for Refund)

Refunds or returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • The item is reported after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The orderer and the delivery address recipient are different (except in the case of defective products).

Return & Refund Procedure

  1. Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your product and provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Home address
  • Email address
  • Product name & number
  • Defective part details (attach photo if damaged)
  • Order number (from your order confirmation email)
  1. Once your email is confirmed, we will guide you through the return and refund process.

Important Notice

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse to pay import duties/taxes and the package is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued in accordance with international trade policies.
